Solutions
Worldwide
for
a
period
of
one
year.
We
at
FS2500Filter.com
will
handle
any
warranty
claims
for
you,
but
ultimately,
the
product
will
be
warranted
by
the
manufacturer.
Accurate
Technical
Services
LLC
itself
offers
no
warranty
OF
ANY
KIND,
and
assumes
no
liability
resulting
from
any
use
or
failure
of
the
FS2500.
By
purchasing
this
product,
you
agree
to
hold
us
harmless
from
all
claims,
losses,
liabilities,
damages,
and
costs
and
expenses
that
may
be
incurred
through
any
use,
or
potential
misuse
of
the
product.
Although
we
do
not
directly
warranty
the
unit,
we
values
you
as
a
customer
and
also
as
a
potential
word-of-mouth
advertiser,
and
will
take
whatever
steps
we
feel
are
reasonable
to
secure
your
satisfaction
with
the
product.

FSW
warrants
that
at
the
time
of
delivery
the
Filter
System
will
conform
to
FSW's
published
specifications.
FSW
will
repair
or
replace,
at
FSW's
election,
any
Filter
Systems
that
do
not
conform
to
#8
FSW's
published
specifications.
The
foregoing
warranty
extends
only
to
the
original
purchaser
from
Distributor
for
a
period
of
one
year
from
the
date
of
purchase,
and
does
not
apply
where
the
failure
is
due
to
(1)
the
customer's
failure
to
properly
use
the
filter
systems
in
accordance
with
FSW's
instructions,
(2)
the
customer's
malfunctioning
equipment,
(3)
where
the
filter
system
is
subjected
to
abnormal
physical
stress,
negligence,
misuse,
or
accident.
Repair
or
replacement
of
the
Filter
Systems
is
the
exclusive
remedy
for
breach
of
this
warranty
or
other
claims
for
defects
in
the
Filter
Systems.
All
other
products
are
provided
without
warranty.

CLAIMS
ARE
ASSERTED,
PLUS
ANY
SHIPPING
CHARGES
THAT
DISTRIBUTOR
ACTUALLY
PAID
ATTRIBUTABLE
TO
THE
PRODUCTS.

SERVICES
LLC
IS
LIABLE
FOR
INDIRECT,

INCIDENTAL,

DAMAGES

FROM
THE
USE
OF
PRODUCTS
OR
ARISISNG
OUT
OF
ANY
BREACH
OF
ANY
WARRANTIES
GRANTED
BY
FSW
OR
ANY
BREACHBY
FSW
OR
ANY
OF
ITS
OBLIGATIONS
UNDER
THIS
AGREEMENT

UNDER
APPLICABLE
